And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

What I find the most helpful is that you will need to have a plan, and also need to work triple hard to ensure you have more than 1 source of income, and to clear your debt at the soonest possible. And submit everything of yourself to God. Romans 12:1-2
