Battling Anxious Thoughts
A Psalm to pay when you’re battling anxious thoughts.
Psalm 94:19 “In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul.”
Heavenly Father, in moments of overwhelming anxiety and fearful thoughts, I turn to You, the One who calms the storms and quiets the most anxious heart. your word in reminds me that when my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Your consolations delight my soul. Lord, I bring before You every worry, fear, and uncertainty. Lord I know that You are my refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Please fill me with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help me to cast all my anxieties on You, because I know you care for me. Lrd, arm me with strength and courage to trust in your unfailing love and to walk in faith, knowing that You are with me always. In Jesus’ name, amen.
